The owners didn’t want to spend too much, so we suggested that we only paint the existing faded areas to freshen up the front of the home and boost curb appeal. They agreed.
To help us reach high areas of the home, we used trestles and planks with a handrail and plank clamp.
To ensure a perfect result, we first washed the surfaces with a 30-second commercial-grade cleaner. We then filled any gaps. We finished by applying two coats of Dulux Weathershield over Taubmans Viking Grey.
We maintained daily contact with the clients to ensure minimal disturbance, and used drop cloths to protect pathways, gardens, and outdoor furniture.
